
Performer Submissions Now Open!
Submission Window: July 15- October 1st
We are currently seeking skilled dancers, artists, pole and aerial performers—whether soloists, duos, or groups—who specialize in storytelling through movement and art. We're looking for performers who can not only entertain but also evoke emotion and bring powerful narratives to life.
Your piece should make us feel something. Whether through your song choice, choreography, or concept, we want to be moved, inspired, and empowered.
Submission Requirements
Theme: Mental Health, Unhoused Community
Submission Window: July 15 - October 1st
Submission Fee: $40
*Submission fee due at the time of submission. If not received your submission will be rejected.
Video Guidelines: Your application video should highlight and showcase your skills. It does not have to be your official concept for the show.
Videos can be a maximum of 1.5 minutes
Videos must be titled “Performer Name, Apparatus, BES Applicant”
Late submissions will not be accepted. Application fees are non-refundable. Videos must be submitted by Oct. 1st. Your submission will not be considered without a video.
Aerialists: You will need to provide your own apparatus. We will have professional rigging on site. Rigging for aerial will be on dead hang points, 3 available about 10ft -13ft apart.
Dancers: We are looking for different styles, hip hop, heels, ballet, contemporary, etc.
Polers: 2 Poles will be provided via a Truss system about 8ft apart.
This will be an all age appropriate event.
No nudity, pasties, suggestive/sexual/explicit content.
Groups: Dance, Pole and Aerial groups are welcome to apply and encouraged! Capped at 5 performers. The Truss and Aerial Points will all be available if you have a diverse group/piece.
